Answered Plainly.

A single-page, mobile-ready site starts at RM900, and multi-page architectures and custom design scale from there. A custom web system with a database, authentication and an admin dashboard starts at RM4,500, and a mobile app for iOS and Android starts at RM5,000. Every price on this site is a starting price for a defined minimum scope, which is stated next to it.

A single-page site is typically live in about a week. One well-scoped automation workflow is typically live in two to three weeks. Larger systems are quoted after a discovery session. These are typical ranges for work of that kind rather than commitments for your project; your dates are fixed in the written quotation.

Not necessarily. The prices on this site are the lowest cost at which we have delivered that kind of work, against a defined minimum scope. They are an invitation to discuss work, not an offer, and contacting us does not form a contract. Your requirements, timeline and cost are fixed only in a written quotation we issue and you accept, and a quotation stays valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.

You do, once all invoices for the project are paid in full. That covers the deliverables specific to your project, including the source code we wrote for it and the designs we produced for it. We keep ownership of what we brought with us, such as our own libraries, tooling and internal components, and where any of that is embedded in your deliverable you get a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use it as part of that deliverable. Until payment is made in full, no ownership passes.

Unless the quotation says otherwise, we invoice a deposit before work begins and the balance on delivery, with payment due 14 days from the invoice date. Third-party costs we pay on your behalf, such as hosting, domains, licences or stock assets, are passed on at cost and are payable whether or not the project completes.

What we will deliver is set out in the quotation or statement of work, and anything not listed there is out of scope. If you ask for something outside it, we tell you what it will cost and how it affects the timeline before we start, and we will not carry out additional chargeable work without your written agreement. Where the project waits on content, access or approvals from you, the delivery dates move by at least the length of the delay.

For 30 days after delivery we fix, at no charge, any defect that means a deliverable does not do what the statement of work says it does. We do not warrant that a deliverable will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control such as hosting providers, payment processors, app stores and APIs.

Not without your written permission. We will not publish your name, logo, screenshots or any performance figures until you have agreed to it, and we will not disclose anything you have told us in confidence. If you agree and later change your mind, tell us and we will remove it.

Yes. Either of us can end an engagement with 14 days written notice. If you end it, you pay for the work completed to that point and for any third-party costs already committed. If we end it, we hand over the work completed and refund anything you have paid for work not done.
